OT150D/S

      Matched sensitivity to ±18 percent is attained with OT150D/S Photo IC Sensors. Each sensor consists of a photo diode with low level amplifier Schmitt trigger, voltage regulator and open  collector driver output in a hermetic package. The OT150D/S output transistor switches "ON" when the sensor detects light. An IR filter to minimise the effects of ambient light is also available.

      Here are several specifications of OT150D/S. Its operating temperature range is -40 to 70. Its supply voltage is 4.0~15.0V,supply current is no more than 8.0mA. The collector emitter saturation voltage is  0.5V for type 0.3 and 0.8V for type 0.5. The output off current is 1.0uA.The output on current is 25mA.
