OV-7604-C7

The OV-7604-C7 is designed as low power clock oscillator 32.768kHz. This very small SMD ceramic package has been specially designed to combine the 32.768 kHz crystal unit with the CMOS-based oscillator circuit. Ultra Low Power consumption, as low as 300 nA, are made possible through 32.768 kHz Tuning-Fork-Crystals and sophisticated CMOScircuitry.

It has eight features. (1)Xtal integrated solution. (2)Ultra miniature SMT ceramic pack. (3)Ind. and ext. temperature ranges. (4)Package height 1.0mm. (5)It has very low power consumption. (6)It has very tight frequency tolerance. (7)It has low aging. (8)It has high shock and vibration resistante. That are all the main features.

Some electrical characteristics have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its output frequency would be 32.768kHz. (2)Its frequency tolerance would be +/-20ppm. (3)Its supply voltage would be 1.2V to 5.5V. (4)Its current consumption would be typ 0.3uA and max 0.5uA. (5)Its duty cycle would be min 40% and max 60%. (6)Its output voltage high would be Vdd-0.4V. (7)Its output voltage low would be GND+0.4V. (8)Its output load would be 15pF. (9)Its output current would be 1mA for high level and would be -1mA for low level. (10)Its output rise time would be max 70ns. (11)Its output fall time would be max 70ns. (12)Its start up time would be max 0.5s. (13)Its CLK output enable high would be min 80%Vdd. (14)Its CLK output disable low would be max 20%Vdd. (15)Its voltage coefficient would be max +/-1.5ppm/V. (16)Its aging first year would be max +/-3ppm. (17)Its tirnover temperature would be typ 25°C +/- 5°C.

Also some environmental characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to +125°C. (2)Its industrial operating temperature range would be from -40 to +85°C. (3)Its extended operating temperature range would be from -55 to +125°C. (4)Its shock resistance would be 5000 g, 0.3 ms, 1/2 sine +/-5 ppm. (5)Vibration resistance would be 20g / 10 to 2000Hz +/-5 ppm. And so on.
