This SIDACtor device P1400ADL is intended for very hostile environments such as CATV (community antenna TV) systems and electronics connected to external antennas. The electrical parameters  of P1400ADL/P1800ADL are individually VDRM 120 Volts; VS 160 Volts; VT 3 Volts; IDRM 5 µAmps; IS 800mAmps; IT2.2 Amps; IH 50mAmps/ VDRM 170 Volts; VS 220 Volts; VT 3 Volts; IDRM 5 µAmps; IS 800mAmps; IT2.2 Amps; IH 50mAmps.( "L" in part number indicates RoHS compliance. For non-RoHS compliant device, delete "L" from part number. For surge ratings, see table below.)

General Notes of P1400ADL: All measurements are made at an ambient temperature of 25 °C. IPP applies to -40 °C through +85 °C temperature range; IPP is a repetitive surge rating and is guaranteed for the life of the product; Listed SIDACtor devices are bi-directional. All electrical parameters and surge ratings apply to forward and reverse polarities; VDRM is measured at IDRM; VS is measured at 100 V/µs; Special voltage (VS and VDRM) and holding current (IH) requirements are available upon request. Capacitance values of P1400ADL/P1800ADL are 140/120(min), 200/180(max)(Note: Off-state capacitance (CO) is measured at 1 MHz with a 2 V bias.).

For the pakage TO-220, TJ(operating junction temperature range)= -40 to +150 °C; TS(storage temperature range)=-65 to +150 °C, RJA(thermal resistance: junction to ambient)=60 °C/W.
