P89VS1RD2 is 8-bit 80C51 microcontroller is a derivative product. It is fully retained in the 80C51 instruction set and the hardware configuration of a large community outside the framework, P89VS1RD2 made a lot of strengthening and expansion. It will be the original data and program memory on the external 16-bit addressing mechanism of the application, the chip extended to 1024 bytes of RAM, on-chip Flash EPROM extended to 64kB, to meet the system using C programming language on the large on-chip memory capacity needs. P89V51 RD2 typical feature is its X2 mode option.
