PBM3915

The repertory dialler PBM3915 is a pulse dialler and DTMF-controller including 13"on chip"registers with 18 digit capacity. The circuit PBM3915 interface with a DTMF generator via a bus used in,for example, Ericsson components"one chip telephone"PBL 3780, which also provides tone ringer and speech functions.Several options are hardware programmable,such as pulse/DTMF operation, mark/space ratio,and pulse repetition rate. The circuit PBM3915 is manufactured in a low power CMOS process and is therefore suitbale for telephone line powered designs.

PBM3915 has many unique features: The first one is 12-memory repertory dialler. The second one is last number redial. The third one is anti bounce protection on keyboard inputs. The foth one is simple RC-network to generate clock frequency. The fifth one is standby operaiton. Memory retection voltage(VDDS) is 1.0 V min and 5.5 V max. Supply current(IDD) is 150 uA typ and 300 uA max when VDD is 5 V. Standby current(IDDS) is 1 uA typ and 5 uA max when VDD is 5 V.
