PC80QL02N is a type of schottky barrier diode module which has four unique features: the first one is dual-cathode common to base plate. The second one is extremly low forward voltage drop. The third one is low power loss, high efficiency. The forth one is high surge capability.

Thermal resistance is 0.46/W(junction to case per Arm) or is 0.12/W(case to fin).
