PCD3310XP

The PCD3310 family are single-chip silicon gate CMOS intergrated circuits with on-chip oscillators suitbale for use with 3.58 MHz crystals. They are dual-standard dialling circuits for either pulse dialling(PD) or dual tone multi-frequency(DTMF) dialling.Input data is derived from any standard matrix keyboard for dialling in either DP or DTMF mode. Numbers of up to 23 digits can be retained in RAM for redial and notepad facilities.In DTMF mode dursts as well as pauses are timed to a minimum,in mannual dialling the maximum depends on the key depression time. For data communication mix mode dialling is also possible.

It has many unique features: the first one is pulse and DTMF dialling. The second one is memory clear and electronic notepad,etc. There are also quick reference data about it: Operating supply voltage(VDD) is 2.5 V min and 6.0 V max. Standby supply voltage(VDDO) is 1.8 V min and 6.0 V max.Low standby current(on hook)(IDDO) is 2 uA max.Operating currents(VDD is 3.0 V): Coversation mode is 150 uA max. Pulse dialling mode is 200 uA max. DTMF dialling mode is 0.9 uA max. DTMF output voltage level is 192 mV typ. High group is 150 mV typ. Pre-emphasis of group is 2.1 dB typ. Total harmonic distortion is -25 dB typ. Operating ambient temperature range is -25 to +70.
