PD151

The PD151 is designed as one kind of TO-18 type color sensor that can be used in (1)sutomatic white balancing for VCR cameras and (2)flame color meter for fan heaters; (3)color identification for color paper; (4)chromatic balance adjustment for TVs; (5)measurement and control for color temperature / wavelength of light source. Features of the PD151 are:(1)high sensitivity in long wavelength (short circuit current ratio);(2)output corresponding to the wavelength of light;(3)high reliability can package;(4)capable of measuring from blue light to near infrared light.
