PD401 is a type of stanley photo darlington transistor which has two unique features: The first one is wide range of spectral wavelength convering visible light(red)to infrared light. The second one is high directivity.Besides, it also has four applications: The first one is detectors for optical fiber. The second one is photoelectric switches. The third one is selector machines.
