PD7005

The PD7005 series are InGaAs photodiodes designed to operate in the wavelength range of 1.0~1.6m with high performance superior to germanlum photodiodes in quanlum efficlency and dark current.They are well suited for wide-band and long distance fiber-optic communlcatino systems with low transmission loss and low material dispersion in this wavelength range.

Features of the PD7005 are:(1)high quantum efficiency; (2)very small dard current,less than 1nA; (3)high speed response; (4)convenient package for nongrounded operation; (5)active diameter 80m; (6)wavelength range 1000~1600nm; (7)high reliability,long operation life.
