PH107 is a darlington photo transistor in a plastic molded package, and very suitable for a detector of a photo interrupter.

Collector to emitter dark current(I_CEO) is 10 nA min and 400 nA max when V_CE is 10 V and L is 01x.Collector saturation voltage(V_CE(sat) ) is 0.7 V typ and 1.5 V max when IC is 10 mA and L is 1000 1x. Photo current(I_L) is 10 mA min and 20 mA max when V_CE is 2.0 V and L is 1001x.
