General Description
PH107 is a darlington photo transistor in a plastic molded package, and very suitable for a detector of a photo interrupter.
There are some absolute maximum ratings about it. Collector to emitter voltage(VCEO) is 30 V. Collector current(IC) is 50 mA. Power dissipation(Pc) is 100 mW. Junction temperature(Tj) is 100℃.Storage temperature(Tstg) is -40℃ to +100℃.Otherwise, there are some electrical charactersitics about it. Collector to emitter dark current(ICEO) is 10 nA min and 400 nA max when VCE is 10 V and L is 01x.Collector saturation voltage(VCE(sat) ) is 0.7 V typ and 1.5 V max when IC is 10 mA and L is 1000 1x. Photo current(IL) is 10 mA min and 20 mA max when VCE is 2.0 V and L is 1001x.
