P-channel, enhancement mode, logic level, field-effect power transistor. This PHK04P02T device has low threshold voltage and extremely fast switching making it ideal for  battery powered applications and high speed digital interfacing.

The PHK04P02T is supplied in the SOT96-1 (SO8) surface mounting package.
