PLI-13M represents ultra compact photo interrupter. Molded in plastic incorporating visitble-ray shut-off filter ofr minimizing the influences of external rays.It has three unique features: the first one is ultra compact. The second one is minimum influence of external rays. The third one is low saturated voltage in collector-emitter.And it can be applied to light-controlled equipments cameras, FDD.

IC1 is 0.7mA min when VCE is 5 V and IF is 20 mA. IC2 is 0.2 mA min when VCE is 5 V and IF is 5 mA. VCE(sat) is 0.3 V typ when IF is 20 mA and Ic is 0.3 mA.
