PM8313

The PM9313 is designed as one kind of Enhanced TT1 Switch Fabric device that provides a full 32-port crossbar-based switch fabric. Features of this device are:(1)Integrates a full featured M13 multiplexer and DS-3 framer in a single monolithic device;(2)Supports the M23 or C-bit parity DS3 formats;(3)Supports the M12 or G.747 formats allowing DS1 or E1 signals to be multiplexed into a DS3 signal;(4)Provides a generic microprocessor interface for configuration, control, and status monitoring;(5)Low power CMOS technology;(6)Packaged in a 208 pin Plastic Quad Flat Pack (PQFP) package.

The specifications of PM8313 can be summarized as:(1)Provides a standard five signal P1149.1 JTAG test port for boundary scan test purposes;(2)2.5V and 1.5V rails. CMOS I/Os are 3.3V tolerant (except JTAG I/Os);(3)available in a 1088 ceramic column grid array (CCGA) package.
