The PMB2313T is designed as one kind of prescaler circuit 1.1 GHz device that is suitable for use in battery powered handheld systems, e.g. GSM, cordless telephones and cordless consumer products, as well as in basestations. And PMB2313T is board level compatible to the PMB 2312 prescaler.
The absolute maximum ratings of the PMB2313T can be summarized as:(1)Supply voltage: -0.3 to 6 V;(2)Input level (Pin 1; Pin 8): 2 V;(3)Voltage swing (Pin 1 to 8): -2 to 2 V;(4)Output level (Pin 4): US V;(5)Output current (Pin 4): 5 mA;(6)Junction temperature: 125 °C;(7)Storage temperature: -65 to 125 °C;(8)Thermal resistance system-ambient: 185 K/W.
