Description

The PS2565-1, -2 and PS2565L-1, -2 are optically coupled isolators containing GaAs light emitting diodes and an NPN silicon phototransistor.

PS2565-1, -2 are in a plastic DIP (Dual In-line Package) and PS2565L-1, -2 are lead bending type (Gull-wing) for surface mount.
