The PT1018 is designed as the diode module that has four points of features:(1)UL recognized, file no. E187184;(2)high surge capability;(3)3 phase bridge circuit;(4)isolated base.

The absolute maximum ratings of the PT1018 can be summarized as:(1)repetitive peak reverse voltage:800 V;(2)non repetitive peak reverse voltage:1000 V;(3)average rectified output current (3-phase full wave rectified Tc=112°C):100 A;(4)surge forward current (50 Hz half sine wave,1 pulse non-repetitive): 1200 A;(5)operating junction temperature range:-40 to +150 °C;(6)storage temperature range:-40 to +125 °C;(7)isoration voltage (base plate to terminals, AC 1 min):2000 V;(8)mounting torque (case mounting):2.4 to 2.8 M·m;(9)mounting torque (terminals):2.4 to 2.8 M·m.
