PT9700B series

The PT9700B series is designed as one kind of UHF power transistors which primarily for wideband,large-signal output and driver amplifier stages in the 200 to 500 MHz frequency range.It is produced by Motorola semiconductor.Also PT9700B series has some features:(1)deisgned for class C or class AB power amplifiers;(2)specified 28 volt,400 MHz characteristics:output power--5 to 30 watts;power gain--7 to 9 dB,min;collector efficiency--55 to 60%,min;(3)gold metallization for improved reliability;(4)diffused ballast resistors.
