PXB4219

The PXB4219 is a member of Infineon's ATM chip set. The features of PXB4219 are: (1)Full duplex ATM Packetizer/Depacketizer for 8 E1/T1 highways; (2)Configurable to T1 or E1 mode via external pin; (3)8 T1/E1 ports configurable independently to ATM or AAL Mode; (4)ATM Mode (PXB 4219/4220/4221).

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of PXB4219: (1)Ambient temperature under bias: -40 to 85; (2)Junction temperature under bias: 0 to 125; (3)Storage temperature: - 65 to 150; (4)Supply voltage:- 0.5 to 3.6 V; (5)Input voltage: - 0.5 to 5.5 V; (6)Output voltage level:  - 0.5 to 5.51V.

The electrical characteristics of the PXB4219 are: (1)Input low voltage: 0 V min and 0.8 V max; (2)Input high voltage: 2.1V min and 5.5 V max; (3)Output low voltage1): 0.4 V max at IOL = 4 mA, 8 mA; (4)Output high voltage1): VCC - 0.6 V min at IOH = - 4 mA, - 8 mA; (5)Low-level input leakage current: ± 1 A max at VI = VIL(min) = VSS; (6)High-level input leakage current: ± 1A max at VI = VIH(VCC) = VCC or ± 10A max at VI = VIH(max) = 5.5 V; (7)High-impedance state output current: ± 1 A max.
