PXF4333

The PXF4333 is Infineon's new generation ATM Buffer Manager device. The features of PXF4333 are: (1)ATM Traffic Management processing support up to STM-4/OC-12 equivalent bandwidth; (2)Throughput at UTOPIA Interface up to 687 Mbit/s transmit, 795 Mbit/s receive; (3)Speed-up factor relative to STM-4/OC12: 1.32; (4)Uni-directional mode with combined resources of both directions (optional); (5)256K cells buffer per direction (configurable in guaranteed and shared buffer).

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of PXF4333: (1)Ambient temperature under biasPXF: -40 to 85 °C; (2)Storage temperature: -40 to 125 °C; (3)IC supply voltage with respect to ground: -0.3 to 3.6 V; (4)Voltage on any pin with respect to ground: -0.4 to VDD + 0.4 V; (5)ESD robustness1) HBM: 1.5 k, 100 pF: 2000V.

The electrical characteristics of the PXF4333 are: (1)Input low voltage: 0.4V min and 0.8 V max; (2)Input high voltage: 2.0V min and VDD +0.3V max; (3)Output low voltage: 0.2V typical and 0.4 V max at IOL = 5 mA; (4)Output high voltage: 2.4 VDD V max at IOH = 5 mA all; (5)pins except TDO (TDO: IOH = 3 mA); (6)Average power supply current: 330 mA max at VDD33 = 3.3 V, VDD18 = 1.8 V, TA = 25 °C, SYSCLK = 52 MHz; URXCLKU = UTXCLKU = URXCLKD = UTXCLKD = 52 MHz;; (7)Average power down supply current: 10 mA max at VDD = 3.3 V, TA = 25 °C, no output loads, no clocks.
