Q3500C-0102T

The Q3500C-0102T is designed as voltage controlled oscillator which is ideal for cost sensitive systems which require frequency synthesis over a wide frequency range with excellent spectral purity. Its typical applications include VSAT, DBS, GPS, digital ratios and modems, mobile / airborne communications systems, high performance synthesizer instrumentation, wide-band frequency synthesizers, spread spectrum systems and wireless communications.

It has four features. The first one is it wide-band frequency synthesis: octave and near-octave bandwidths. The next one is robust performance. No moding, dropout, or subharmonic pumping over temperature (any phase into 1 12dB return loss). The next one is modulation sensitivity optimized for PLL gain normalization for improved stability, phase noise and setting time. The next one is low tuning voltage range reduces power supply constraints. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings and guaranteed performance have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its maximum supply voltage which would be +15.0V. The next one is about its tuning voltage which would be min 0V and max 20V. The next one is about its power dissipation which would be 480mW max (40mA at +12V). The next one is about its frequency tuning range which would be from 100 to 200MHz min. The next one is about its power output which would be 11dBm min.

And also there are some typical performance about it. The first one is about its nominal supply voltage which would be +12V. The next one is about its power output which would be +14dBm. The next one is about its typical current which would be 27mA. The next one is about its tuning voltage which would be from 1.3V to 12.9V.
