QESM01

The QESM01 is designed as SMD 7.0x5.0 crystal with ceramic SMD packaged.

Some electrical characteristics of QESM01 have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its frequency range which would be min 7.3728MHz and max 100MHz. The next one is about its frequency tolerance (at 25°C) which would be min ±10 ppm and typ ±30 ppm and max ±50 ppm refer to ordering information. The next one is about its temperature stability which would be min ±10 ppm and typ ±30 ppm and max ±50 ppm refer to ordering information. The next one is about its operating temperature range which would be typical -20°C/+70°C and would be max -40°C/+85°C refer to ordering information. The next one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -40°C to +85°C. The next one is about its shunt capacitance which would be max 7.0pF. The next one is about its load capacitance which would be from 10pF to 32pF or series refer to ordering information. The next one is about its drive level which would be min 10W and typ 100W and would be max 300W. The next one is about its aging (first year) which would be max ±5 ppm ref at 25°C. The next one is about its insulator resistance which would be min 500M at 100Vdc. That are all the main characteristics.

Also mechanical conditions of QESM01 have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its vibration which would be 10g, 10Hz to 2KHz according to standard CEI 68-2-63. The next one is about its shocks which would be 100g, 6ms according to standard CEI 68-2-27.
