QT150

      The QT150 is designed as 5 key QTouch sensor IC with typical applications of instrument panels, gaming machines, access systems, pointing devices, appliance controls, security systems, PC Peripherals and backlighted buttons.
      QT150 has many features.The first one is that it would have completely independent QT touch circuits.The second one is that it would have individual logic outputs per channel (open drain).The third one is that it would have projects prox fields through any dielectric.The fourth one is that it would have only one external capacitor required per channel.The fifth one is that its sensitivity easily adjusted on a per-channel basis.The sixth one is that it would be 100% autocal for life - no adjustments required.The seventh one is 3 to 5.5V, 5mA single supply operation.The eighth one is toggle mode for on/off control (strap option).The ninth one is 10s, 60s, infinite auto-recal timeout (strap options).The tenth one is AKS Adjacent Key Suppression (pin option).The next one is sync pin for multi-chip sync or line sync.The next one is it would have less expensive per key than many mechanical switches.The last one is that it would have eval board with backlighting - p/n E160.That are all the features.
      Some absolute maximum specifications of QT150 have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its operating temperature which would be as designed by suffix.The second one is about its storage temperature which would be from -55°C to +125°C.The third one is about its Vdd which would be from -0.5 to +7.0V.The fourth one is about its max continuous pin current, any control or drive pin which would be ±20mA.The fifth one is about its short circuit duration to ground, any pin which would be infinite.The sixth one is about its short circuit duration to Vdd, any pin which would be infinite.The seventh one is about its voltage forced onto any pin which would be from -0.6V to (Vdd + 0.6) Volts.
