Description

The QU80386EXTC33 is externally compensated and performance can be tailored to the application. QU80386EXTC33se the graphs of small signal gain and phase response as well as the graphs for slew rate and power response as a guide. The compensation capacitor CC must be rated at 350V working voltage. The compensation capacitor and associated resistor RC must be mounted closely to the amplifier pins to avoid spurious oscillation. An NPO capacitor is recommended for compensation.

The QU80386EXTC33 (or mean value) of the delay between the hold command (input clock switched from track to hold state) and the instant at which the analog input is sampled. The time is positive if the clock path delay is longer than the signal path delay. It is negative if the signal path delay is longer than the clock path delay. The time constant of the feedback resistor and bypass capacitor com- bination should match the time constant of the sumpoint resistance and sumpoint capacitance. The timing resistors determine the total timing current, IT, available to charge the timing capacitor. To avoid parasitic pick up, timing resistor leads should be kept as short as possible. For noise environments, unused or deactivated timing terminals should be bypassed to ground through 0.1 µF capacitors. Otherwise, they may be left open.
