RC144ACFL

The RC144ACFL is a kind of integrated data/fax/voice modem device set which supports high speed data and high speed fax modem operation in the US or world-wide over a dial-up telephone line and for US versions, a celluar phone. The RC144ACFL is suitable for laptop, notebook, and palmtop applications using parallel or serial interface (E39 MCU) or PCMCIA interface (P39MCU) for its low profile, small PQFP or TQFP packages. The device requires no external RAM or ROM. It supports either a parallel 16550A UART-compatible interface host or a serial EIA/TIA-232-E logic-compatible DTE interface.
