RC6-2.5

The RC6-2.5 is a kind of thermoelectric cooler. To operate it, some cautions should be taken attention to. For maximum reliability, storage and operation below 85°C in a non-condensing environment isrecommended.  To minimize thermal stress, use linear/proportional temperature control or a similar methodrather than an ON/OFF method. The features of RC6-2.5 can be summarized as (1)RoHS 2002/95/EC compliant; (2)solid-state reliability.; (3)built with high temperature solder with the ability to withstand higher assembly processing temperatures for short periods of time (<160°C).; (4)superior nickel diffusion barriers on elements; (5)high strength for rugged environment.; (6)porched configuration for enhanced leadwire strength; (7)RTV sealing available (optional); (8)lapped option available for multiple module applications.

The performace values of RC6-2.5 are @27°C hot side temperature(°C) (1) Tmax (°C-dry N2): 65; (2)Qmax (watts): 13; (3) Imax (amps): 2.5; (4)Vmax (vdc): 8.2; (5)AC Resistance(ohms): 2.8, while @50°C its performace values are individually 72,14,2.5,9.2.
