RC6303

The RC6303 consists of three low power, wide band voltage feedback operational amplifiers. Each channel is capable of delivering a load current of at least 35mA. Each amplifier can be independently enabled or disabled with a TTL or CMOS signal. When disabled, the amplifier is in a high impedance output state, presenting a very high input to output isolation.The RC6303 amplifiers are optimized for video applications with gain where low differential gain and low phase distortion are signi?cant requirements.The layout is optimized for minimal crosstalk between amplifiers.

The absolute maximum ratings of RC6303 are (1)positive power supply, Vcc: 7V; (2)negative power supply, VEE :-7V; (3)difterence between Vcc and VEE: 10V; (4)operating temperature range: -40°C to +125°C; (5)storage temperature: 150°C; (6)lead temperature range (solder 10 sec): 260°C.(Short circuit tolerance: No more than one output can be shorted to ground.  Functional operation under any of these conditions is NOT implied.
