RCLAMP0504M

The RCLAMP0504M is one member of the RCLAMP family which is surge rated diode arrays designed to protect high speed data interfaces. The RCLAMP series has been specifically designed to protect sensitive components which are connected to data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD, EFT and lighting.The low capacitance array configuration of RCLAMP0504M allows the user to protect four high-speed data or transmission lines. The low inductactance construction minimizes voltage overshoot during high current surge.They may be used to meet the ESD immunity requirements of IEC61000-4-2, level 4.

Features of the RCLAMP0504M are:(1)array of surge rated diodes with nternal TVS diode;(2)small package saves board space;(3)protects four I/O lines and one Vcc line;(4)low capacitance:3 pF typical;(5)low clamping voltage;(6)low operating voltage:5.0 V;(7)solid-state silicon-avalanche technology.
