RDC1767

The RDC1767 is hybrid,continuous tracking synchro- or resolver-to-digital converters which employ a type 2 servo loop and contain three-state latches on the digital outputs.The input signals of RDC1767 can either be 3-wire synchro plus reference or 4-wire resolvers format plus reference depending on the option;and the outputs are presented in TTL compatible parallel natural binary buffered by three-state latches.

Features of the RDC1767 are:(1)internal isolating transformers; (2)14-bit or 12-bit resolution; (3)three accuracy options; (4)three-state latched ouput; (5)continuous tracking-even during data transfer; (6)simple data transfer; (7)analog velocity output ; (8)error output; (9)laser trimmed -no external adjustments; (10)MIL spec/hi rel options available ; (11)hermetically sealed.

The absolute maximum ratings of the RDC1767 can be summarized as:(1)+Vs1 to GND:0 to 17V; (2)-Vs1 to GND:0 to 17V; (3)+5V:0 to 5.5V; (4)RHI to GND:±350V; (5)S1,S2,S3,S4 to GND:±350V; (6)case to GND:±20V; (7)any logical input:-0.4 to 5.5 V.
