There are some features as follows: (1)64*1 bit organization (+ dummy 8 bits); (2)low power dissipation: 55 mW max when active and 550W max when standby; (3)access time: 1 s max; (4)single power supply: 5 V±10%; (5)serial outputs; (6)inputs and outputs TTL level; (7)3 state (Tri state) outputs.

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of RF5H01: (1)VCC, VCC supply voltage with respect to GND: -0.3 to 7 V; (2)VPP, VCC supply voltage with respect to GND: -0.3 to 22 V; (3)VI, input voltage with respect to GND: -0.3 to 7 V; (4)VO, output voltage with respect to GND: -0.3 to 7 V; (5)PD, maximum power dissipation at Ta=25: 0.3 W; (6)Topr, operating temperature range: -20 to 70; (7)Tstg, storage temperature: -40 to 125.
