      The RHF43B is RAD-hardened precision bipolar single operational amplifier.It has 11 features.The first one is high immunity to radiations, 300kRad TID; SEL immune at 68MeV/cm²/mg LET ions.The second one is Rail-to-rail input/output.The third one is 8MHz gain bandwidth at 16V.The fourth one is Stable for gain 5.The fifth one is low input offset voltage: 100V typ.The sixth one is supply current: 2.2mA typ.The seventh one is operating from 3V to 16V.The eighth one is Input bias current: 30nA typ.The ninth one is ESD internal protection 2kV.The tenth one is Latch-up immunity: 200mA.The last one is soon RHA QML-V qualified with smd n° 5962-062xx.
      The RHF43B is a precision bipolar operational amplifier available in hermetic 8-pin flat package and in die form. ln addition to its low offset voltage, rail-to-rail feature, wide supply voltage,it is designed for increased tolerance to radiation. Its intrinsic ELDRS-free rad-hard design allows this product to be used in space environment and in applications operating in harsh environments.
