RL1282D

The EG&G Reticon's RL1282D is a kind of ultra-high-speed, self-scanned charge-coupled linear arrays with video output taps every 128 diodes.It has two sections and a resolution of 256.Applications for it include optical character recognition, high-speed document scanning, pattern recognition,noncontact measurement,or any process requiring a high-speed linear array.

Features of the RL1282D are:(1)256,512 or 1024 elements; (2)18 um x 18 um picture elements; (3)low power requirements; (4)+15 V and -5V supplies; (5)on-chip preamplifier; (6)wide dynamic range; (7)low noise equivalent exposure; (8)video sampling rates up to 15 MHz per output channel ; (9)effective data rates to 240 MHz; (10)wide spectral response,near UV to near IR.

The absolute maximum ratings of the RL1282D can be summarized as:(1): storage temperature is -25 to 100; (2): operating temperature is -25 to 55; (3): voltage on any pin with respect to substrate is -0.3 V to 22 V.
