RT9161-25PV

The RT9161-25PV is a kind of 300 mA fixed output voltage low dropout linear regulator. Built-in output current-limiting most thermal-limiting provide maximal protection against any fault conditions. It is available in SOT-23-3 package. The typical applications include voltage regulator for LAN card, CD-ROM, and DVD, wireless communication systems and battery powered systems.
