RT9164A-18PG

The RT9164A-18PG is a kind of high performance positive voltage regulator. It is designed for applications requiring low dropout performance at fully rated current. The device provides excellent regulation over variations in line and load. It is available in SOT-223 package. The typical applications include active SCSI termination, low voltage microcontrollers and switching power supply post-regulator.

There are some features as follows. (1) low dropout performance, 1.4 V max; (2) full current rating over line and temperature; (3) fast transient response; (4) ±2% output voltage accuracy; (5) 1.8 V output voltage; (6) RoHS compliant and 100% lead (Pb)-free.
