RT9177

The RT9177 is a 200mA low dropout and low noisemicro-power regulator suitable for portable RFapplications. The output voltage accuracy within±2% and range from 2.4V to 3.2V in 100mVincrements could be selected. It is designed forusing very low ESR output capacitor. Its outputremains stable even in using1µF ceramic as itsoutput capacitor.

Using an internal PMOS as the pass device causethat don't need extra GND current in heavy load anddropout conditions. In shutdown mode, nearly zerooperation current cause the IC is suitable forbattery-power devices. Other features includingcurrent limiting, over temperature protection andadding a capacitor in bypass pin to improve its noiseperformance are functional.
