General Description
RT9184 General Description
The RT9184 is a dual-channel, low noise, and lowdropout regulator supplying up to 500mA current ateach channel. The output voltage ranges from 1.5Vto 3.3V in 100mV increment and 2% accuracy byoperating from a +2.7V to +6.5V input.
The RT9184 uses two internal PMOS as the passdevice, which consumes 185µA supply current (bothLDOs on) independent of load current and dropoutconditions. Other features include a current limitingand over temperature protection.
