Description

The RT9223 is a high efficiency synchronousswitching regulator for modern CPU application. Theoutput is controlled by a 5-bit DAC programmed from1.3V to 2.05V in 0.05V steps and from 2.1V to 3.5Vin 0.1V increments.

The switching controller drivers two N-MOSFETs at200KHz frequency and provides an optimal solutionfor size, efficiency and cost in any applicationcircuits. The controller also offers integratedfunctions including PGOOD, output enable, over-voltage, internal digital-count soft start, and current-limiting protection in one chip.
