RT9233

The RT9233 is designed as one kind of 4-bit programmable synchronous PWM buck converter controller that can be used in (1)Pentium II microprocessors power supplies;(2)flexible motherboards power supplies;(3)low-voltage distributed power supplies;(4)programmable step-down power supplies. This device drivers two N-MOSFETs at 200 KHz frequency and provides an optimal solution for size, efficiency, and cost in any application circuits. The controller also offers integrated functions including output enable, internal digital-count soft start, over-voltage, and current-limiting protection in one chip.

Features of the RT9233 are:(1)high efficient synchronous N-MOSFET driver operating at 200 KHz;(2)1.3 V to 2.05 V (0.05 V steps);(3)enable input, OVP, and current-limiting protection;(4)internal digital-count soft start;(5)reference output.
