Description

The RT9366 is a high efficiency and high output current charge pump white LED driver. It supports up to 4 backlight LEDs and 3 flash LEDs with regulated constant currents for uniform intensity. The RT9366 maintains the highest efficiency by utilizing x1/x1.5 and x1/x2 fractional charge pumps for backlight LEDs and flash LEDs driving respectively. All the LEDs current are regulated by the ultra low dropout current sources.
By the pulse dimming control, users can easily configure LED currents up to 20mA in the channels of backlight and up to 100mA in the channels of flashlight. The dimming of white LEDs' current can be achieved by applying a pulse signal to digital control pin. There are totally 16 steps of current could be set by users.
The operating voltage range is 3V to 5.5V. Internal soft start circuitry effectively reduces the in-rush current both while start-up and mode transition. The load is disconnected from V_IN while shutdown and the shutdown current is less than 10A.
RT9366 is available in a WQFN-24L 4x4 package.
