Description

RT9370 is an integrated solution for backlighting and OLED input supply. The part contains a charge pump white LED driver and a boost OLED driver with an embedded diode.
In the section of charge pump, RT9370 supports up to 4 channels of LEDs and powers up 20mA per channel with regulated constant current for uniform intensity. The part maintains highest efficiency by utilizing a x1/x1.5/x2 fractional charge pump and low dropout current regulators. Users can easily configure each LED current from 1.25mA to 20mA by applying a serial pulse signal to EN pin.
In the section of boost, RT9370 is a high frequency asynchronous boost converter with internal diode. The switching frequency is 1MHz, which allows small external components and simplifies possible EMI problems. 20V over voltage protection allows inexpensive and small output capacitors with lower voltage rating.
RT9370 is available in a WQFN-24L 4x4 package.
