The RV3135B5X is PULSED POWER TRANSISTOR FOR S-BAND RADAR.NPN transistor for use in common-base pulsed power amplifiers for S-band radar (3.1 to 3.5 GHz).Diffused emitter ballasting resistors, interdigitated structure, multicell geometry and gold sandwich metallization ensure an optimum temperature profile and reliability. Owing to the entirely ion-implanted, self-aligning process an excellent wideband performance is obtained.Internal input and output prematching ensures good stability and easy broadband use.This RV3135B5X contains beryllium oxide. The product is entirely safe provided that the Be0 slab is not damaged. All persons who handle, use or dispose of this product should be aware of its nature and of the necessary safety precautions.After use, dispose of as chemical or special waste according to the regulations applying at the location of the user. It must never be thrown out with general industrial or domestic waste.Wideband test circuit boards for 3.1 to 3.5 GHz (dimensions in mm); striplines on a double CU-clad p.c. board with PTFE fibre-glass dielelctric (er=2,54); thickness 0.4 mm.
