RX5RL series

The RX5RL series are voltage regulator ICs with high accuracy output voltage and ultra-low quiescent current bu CMOS process. EAch of these ICs consists of a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, a driver transistor, and resistors for setting output boltage.The output voltage is fixed with high accuracy.

Features of the RX5RL series are:(1)ultra-low quiescent current is 1.1 uA typ; (2)small dropout voltage is 30 mV typ; (3)low temperature-drift coefficient of output voltage is typ.±100ppm/; (4)excellent line regulation is typ.0.1%/V; (5)output voltage is stepwise setting with a step of 0.1 V in the range of 2.0 V to 6.0 V is possible(refer to selection guide); (6)high accuracy output voltage is ±2.5%; (7)three types of packages are TO-92, SOT-89(min-power mold) and SOT-23-5(mini-mold).

The absolute maximum ratings of the RX5RL series can be summarized as:(1): input voltage(Vin) is 12 V; (2): output voltage(Vout) is -0.3 V to Vin+0.3 V; (3): output current(Iout0 is 150 mA; (4): power dissipation(PD) is 150 mW; (5): operating temperature(Topr) is -30 to 80; (6): storage tmeperature(Tstg) is -55 to +125; (7): Lead temperature(Tsolder) is 260 , 10s.
