S-1810

The S-1810 is designed as one kind of CMOS 8-bit microcomputer device that integrates 8K-bit ROM, a 4K-byte or 2.3K-byte RAM, a 14-bit counter, a 16-bit timer, general-purpose I/O ports and an 8-bit serial interface on one chip.

Features of the S-1810 are:(1)8-bit serial port x 1 channel;(2)amplifier and waveshaping circuit for receiving signal;(3)32-level subroutine nesting;(4)oscillation circuit is 4-MHz ceramic oscillator is built in;(5)built-in LCD driver that drives the LCD directly;(6)remote control signal output;(7)standby counter;(8)watchdog timer;(9)key-on wake-up;(10)interrupt function: internal (two);(11)timer / counter: 10-bit counter, 8-bit timer. And this device can be used in universal remote controller, others applications.
