S-24H30R has ten features. (1)Ideal as a peripheral for microcomputers. Static timing minimum input/output interface compatible with serial port as intel 8051. (2)Non-volatile functions can be controlled by software or hardware. (3)Erroneous store protection. (4)All inputs and outputs are compatible with TTL. (5)High drive output. (6)+5V single power supply. (7)Low current consumption which would be 5mA for operating and store and 1uA typ for standby and sleep. (8)Compact 8 pin DIP/SOP. (9)E2PROM store cycles: 10^4 or 10^5 times. (10)E2PROM data retention 10 years. Those are all the main features.
