The S-29L194ADFE is designed as a low power 1K-bit serial E2PROM with a low operating voltage range. It is organized as 64word x 16-bit respectively. It is capable of sequential read, where addresses are automaticaly incremented in 16-bit blocks. It is capable of protecting the memory, 50% of which can be protected starting from address 00.
S-29L194ADFE has nine features. (1)Low power consumption which would be max 0.8uA for standby and 0.8mA max at Vcc=5.5V for operating and 0.4mA max at Vcc=2.7V for operating. (2)Low operating voltage range which would be from 1.8V to 5.5V for write and read. (3)Sequential read capable. (4)Memory protection. (5)Can be easily connected to the serial port. (6)CS active "L". (7)Endurance 10^5 cycles/word. (8)Data retention 10 years. (6)1K bits. Those are all the main features.
