S-29U130A

The S-29U130A is designed as a low power 1K-bit serial E2PROM with a low operating voltage range. It is organized as 64-word x 16-bit respectively. It is capable of sequential read, where addresses are automatically incremented in 16-bit blocks.

S-29U130A has six features. (1)Low power consumption would be 2.0uA max for standby and would be 0.6mA max at Vcc=3.6V for operating and would be 0.4mA max at Vcc=2.7V for operating. (2)Wide operating voltage range which would be 0.9V to 3.6V for write and would be 1.8V to 3.6V for read. (3)Sequential read capable. (4)Endurance 10^5 cycles/word. (5)Data retention is 10 years. (6)1K bits NM93CS46 instruction code compatible. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of S-29U130A have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power supply voltage would be from -0.3V to 7.0V. (2)Its input voltage would be from -0.3V to Vcc+0.3V. (3)Its output voltage would be from -0.3V to Vcc. (4)Its storage temperature under bias would be from -50°C to 95°C. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
