Description

The S-4543A is a dot matrix liquid crystal display driver IC having an 8- bit MPU interface, serial interface, display RAM, CR oscillator, 120 segment driver outputs, and 33 common driver outputs. Since S-4543A operates at a low voltage and low current, it is optimum for the LCD drivers for the portable equipment.
