S-812C series

The S-812C series is a family of high-voltage positive regulators developed using CMOS technology. The maximum operating voltage of 16 V makes the S-812C series best in high-voltage applications.

Features of the S-812C series are:(1)low current consumption ; (2)output voltage: 2.0 to 6.0 V, selectable in 0.1 V steps; (3)output current: 50 mA capable ; (4)dropout voltage: typ. 120 mV (VOUT = 5.0 V, IOUT = 10 mA); (5)power-off function: polarity for shutdown switch or removal of the shutdown function can be selected; (6)short-circuit protection: product with/without short-circuit protection is available.

The absolute maximum ratings of the S-812C series can be summarized as:(1): input voltage(Vin) is Vss-0.3 V to Vss+18 V; (2): output voltage(Vout) is Vss-0.3 V to Vss+0.3 V; (3): power dissipation(PD) is 400 mW(TO-92); (4): operating temperature(Topr) is -40 to +85; (5): storage temperature range(Tstg) is -40 to +125.
