S20LC20U

The S20LC20U is designed as one kind of super fast recovery rectifiers with voltage of 200V and current of 20A. Its typical applications include switching power supply, free wheel and home appliances, office equipment and factory automation.

S20LC20U has four features. (1)It has low noise. (2)Its trr would be 35ns. (3)It has small jc. (4)Dielectric strength 2KV guaranteed. Those are all the main features.

(4)Its average rectified forward current would be 20A with conditions of 50Hz sine wave and R-load and rating for each diode Io/2 and Tc=123°C. (5)Its peak surge forward current would be 140A with conditions of 50Hz sine wave and non-repetitive 1 cycle peak value and Tj=25°C. (6)Its mounting torque would be 0.8Nm and its recommended value is 0.5Nm. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics of S20LC20U are concluded as follow. (1)Its forward voltage with symbol of Vf would have the maximum value of 0.98V with conditions of If=10A and pulse measurement and rating of per diode.
