Description

The S3P826A single-chip microcontroller are fabricated using the highly advanced CMOS process. Its design based on the powerful SAM88RC CPU core. Stop and idle (power-down) modes were implemented to reduce power consumption.

Using the SAM88RC modular design approach, the following peripherals were integrated with the SAM88RC CPU core, S3P826A specifications::
